What is Covered?
Defects in materials and workmanship in this product.
Damage incurred from shipping after initial purchase.
What is NOT Covered?
Cosmetic defects, “wear and tear,” lost parts
Physical damage; accidental or intentional
Power cycling; incorrect use of power supplies
Modified versions of Poison Noises' pedals
Pedals that have been repaired by a third party repair center.
Loss of pedal, by customer or shipping agent.
How long is my product covered under warranty?
Poison Noises will cover your product under this warranty for three (3) years after the initial purchase.
How do I use this warranty?
In order to take advantage of this warranty, click here and register your product.
After your product is registered, email us at info@poisonnoises.com to start the process.
Poison Noises will not cover the shipping costs from customer to our repair center, but will cover the return shipping from repair center to customer.
Who does this cover?
This limited warranty only covers the initial purchaser of the pedal. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
What if you can’t fix my pedal?
If Poison Noises is unable to fix your pedal, we will replace your pedal outright.
Poison Noises will not reimburse or refund the value of the pedal.
Any pedal that has been modified or been repaired by another repair center is not eligible for replacement.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Poison Noises.
Limitations of Liability
Poison Noises shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
